RightfulUK is designed for people dealing with stressful benefit decisions, including disabled and neurodivergent users. We aim to make the service calm, readable, keyboard accessible, and usable with assistive technology.

What we prioritise

Clear headings and short task paths
Visible keyboard focus and large tap targets
Reduced motion support
Plain English explanations for PIP appeal steps

Known limitations

We are still improving the service. Some advanced tools need more testing with screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice input, high zoom, and real users under stress.
